Deadly Kenya attack ‘not al-Shabaab’

Al-Shabaab, the al Qaeda-linked militant group active in Somalia, is not responsible for a terrorist attack in Mpeketoni, Kenya, that killed at least 48 people, Kenyan President said Tuesday.
