Steenkamp’s cousin urges prison term for Pistorius

The cousin of Reeva Steenkamp, who was shot dead by South African athlete Oscar Pistorius, said Thursday that he should “pay for what he has done” with a prison sentence, as she testified at his sentencing hearing.
