‘ISIS video’ threatens hostage

In a video purportedly released by ISIS on Wednesday, a group claiming to be ISIS’ branch in the Sinai Peninsula threatens to kill a Croatian hostage if Egypt doesn’t release female Muslim prisoners in 48 hours.
