Olympic athlete Oscar Pistorius probably will not be granted an early transfer from prison to house arrest Friday as had been expected, because South Africa’s justice minister has ordered a parole board to review its decision in the case, South African Justice Ministry spokesman Mthunzi Mhaga said Wednesday.
