USAfrica #BrkNEWS Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu of the PDP has been confirmed as Abia Governor by Supreme Court of Nigeria, a few minutes ago. He appealed against the Appeal Court ruling in December 2015 which declared Dr. Alex Otti as Governor-elect.
