In a bid to foster growth and excellence in Nigerian football, the President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, has inaugurated five sub-committees tasked with formulating innovative ideas, policies, and programs. The inauguration took place in Abuja, with Gusau emphasizing the need for fresh perspectives to propel the game forward.
Gusau underscored the dynamic nature of football and the importance of embracing new ideas to ensure sustainable growth. He urged the committee members to bring forth innovative suggestions that would align with the NFF’s objectives and contribute to the advancement of Nigerian football.
Recognizing the significance of the digital age, Gusau highlighted that most committee meetings would occur virtually, emphasizing convenience and logistical considerations. He expressed gratitude to the committee members for their willingness to serve under the current NFF administration.
Responding on behalf of the inaugurated committees, NFF 1st Vice President Felix Anyansi-Agwu expressed appreciation for the opportunity to serve and pledged the committees’ commitment to generating ideas that would enhance Nigerian football.
