Four Americans who were aboard a yacht hijacked by pirates off Oman have been killed. They include Jean and Scot Adam from California and Phyllis MacKay and Bob Riggle from Washington state.
They were Christian missionaries who travelled the world to distribute bibles.
The U.S. Navy warship shadowing the Quest as it headed for Somali seized the vessel after hearing gunshots. Security and wire reports available to USAfricaonline.com indicate that almost 14 pirates who attacked and boarded the yacht were killed and some of them captured.
