And when the NNPC was created later that same year, he (Buhari) became it’s Chairman. We also know about the 2.8 billion Naira that came up missing from the NNPC’s Midland account in the UK while Buhari was at the helm.

My point is there is no space between those goons and the new goon. The new goon is as old as the those other goons and they all have a history that spans the entire life of Nigeria as a country.
