Abia Governor Ikpeazu has been affirmed by Supreme Court of Nigeria, a few minutes ago.
The apex court dismissed Uche Ogah’s case alleging fraud against Ikpeazu concerning the Governor’s pre-election tax papers as lacking merit.
The court also overruled Dr. Alex Otti’s joinder filing as the action of a meddlesome interloper.
