Political economist Pat Utomi has interpreted the recent governorship election in Osun State as a significant indicator that evil has a time limit. In his remarks, he highlighted the potential for even those deemed ‘unworthy’ to play a role in challenging the status quo.
On social media platform X, Utomi stated, “If the Osun elections proved a point, it is that evil has an expiry date and that even the unworthy can be used to stop the train.” He emphasized that righteousness elevates a nation, while its absence consequently brings disgrace.
Utomi further cautioned against underestimating the growing frustration and anger among the populace, warning those who ignore these sentiments that they risk inciting widespread discontent. He underscored the importance of Nigeria’s future and the nation’s founding ideals, urging citizens to resist the influence of self-serving politicians.
