Dean Norris, the American actor known for his role in the acclaimed series Breaking Bad, is in the process of divorcing his wife, Bridget Norris, after 24 years of marriage. The divorce filing, initiated by Bridget, cites irreconcilable differences and was submitted in Riverside County, California, in 2025.
According to court records, the couple married on October 27, 2001, and officially separated on January 15, 2025. They have five children together, including two minors: Zoe, 17, and Dean, 16. In her filing, Bridget has sought joint legal and physical custody of the children, as well as spousal support and a division of property acquired during their marriage.
In addition to their marital issues, the couple is currently dealing with financial challenges linked to their restaurant, Swing Inn Cafe, located in Temecula, California. The restaurant, which the couple purchased in 2022, is undergoing Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Reports indicate that the business suffered a significant decline, with a reported $1 million drop in gross revenue from 2024 to 2025.
Documents filed in court reveal that the restaurant’s assets are valued between $100,000 and $500,000, while liabilities could range from $1 million to $10 million. Beyond the restaurant venture, Dean and Bridget also manage the Norris Performing Arts Center. Historically, the couple has kept their personal life largely out of the public eye.
