Issa Naigheti has been arrested by the Kwara State Police Command for the alleged kidnapping of his father Bature Naigboho for which he collected a ransom of N2.5 million.
The Police command’s spokesman, Ajayi Okasanmi, stated that Issa “confessed under interrogation to having conspired with two others to kidnap his father…. Efforts are ongoing to arrest his other accomplices, and the case would be transferred to Oyo State, the venue of the crime.”
